Smooth and flat black, this bison makes for a great hide. I was surprised at the size, a good 2+ inches long which allows for a decent width log/sheet. Excellent quality and at a great price, I will be purchasing this item again in the future. I spray painted the hanging ring flat black and then lightly added some dark brown and green cammo paint on both. Wow! it sure blends in very well.
